Paying your factor bill

As an owner, you are responsible for ensuring any invoices we issue you are paid on time.

We issue invoices quarterly for management fees and running costs for our factoring services. We ask that invoices are paid within 28 days of their issue date. Costs may vary between each billing period depending on the type of work undertaken and services provided.

Ways to pay

There are a number of ways you can pay:

Standing Order

You can set up a standing order for your factoring fees by completing a standing order form and returning it to your bank.

Pay by cheque

Please ensure cheques include your name, address and reference number.
