If you are struggling financially or are experiencing any other tenancy issues, please contact us at the earliest opportunity as we can offer advice, help and support.
We also work alongside other agencies and can signpost you to the best placed agency for ongoing help and support. Our priority is for tenants to be happy in their homes and to be able to sustain their tenancy.

ALIenergy
If you are experiencing difficulties with your energy costs or heating your home, ALIenergy offer advice and assistance regarding energy efficiency and affordable warmth.
Carr Gomm
If you need help with maintaining your tenancy, gaining skills for independent living or feel you could be threatened with homelessness, Carr Gomm can offer one off or ongoing Housing Support.
Citizens Advice
Argyll and Bute Citizens Advice offer a wide range of assistance and advice with Benefits, Debt, Money Advice, Housing issues, Work Place issues, Legal matters and Family matters.
Womens Aid
Argyll and Bute Women’s Aid offer free and confidential support to women and children who have been affected by domestic abuse.
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service can provide you with free advice and assistance regarding keeping your home safe. They can also offer you a free fire safety home visit.
Hope Kitchen
Hope Kitchen is a local charity supporting people in and around Oban. They have a wide range of regular activities such as a garden project, fellowship group, beach clean, crafting activities and many more. They can also offer lunches/dinners for a small donation and can provide food parcels for those in need.
North Argyll Carers Centre
North Argyll Carers Centre are dedicated to supporting Carers. If you care for someone who due to illness, frailty, disability or a mental health issue or addiction issue who cannot cope without your support, North Argyll Carers Centre can help. They offer a wide range of emotional and practical support.
Argyll Wellbeing Hub
Argyll Wellbeing Hub is a peer to peer support group for men and women facing difficulties with their mental health.
