Starting salary £32,850 p.a.

About the role

The post holder will be primarily responsible for the delivery and management of our reactive repairs contract and void management, and require a mix of technical knowledge and experience linked with excellent IT, communication and analytical skills. 

Additionally, the post holder will support the asset management team with aspects of site delivery and supervision of our Cyclical, Planned and Investment programmes including the supervision of our In-House Service Engineer.  As the post holder will be a member of our Senior Management Team, we expect applicants to demonstrate leadership skills and have 5 years’ experience within construction or another relevant field.
